2016 Goals

Here are my goals for 2016!

As you can see, there is no magical number for me to land on or to lose in order to be happy at concerning weight. Each day that I make good decisions will reap benefits health-wise overall. Exercising the body, mind, relationships and generosity with my goals this year.

What are your goals for 2016?

My goals...yeah, I would love to say that it is my goal to end the year at my 'goal weight' But realistically, numbers only cause us to get discouraged when life happens and keeps us from meeting the number.

That goal is to be healthier much more content with where I am in life and in my weight loss journey!

Definitely MaryFran - When many people say that they can't wait to get to the number and then get there - I think they have a in store for them a major letdown. I'm sure it's wonderful and exciting but then sad all at the same time. Where do you go from there? Do you eat the whole celebration cake because you hit the number? Our goals need to be better than that. Let the doctor give us a number if we have to and have one that you want to shoot for but your success does not rest on a 3 digit number!
