Goals

Last year's goal - reach 1,010 miles in 2010.  Didn't make it, but lost a butt-load of weight!

Fitness
1.  Complete TEN organized races this year each time improving on the last.

2011 Races Results:
  • S.Tyler Virtual 5k - January 17th, 2011 -- 25'59" -- placed 2nd. [PR]
  • S.W. Comets 5k - 2011 - placed 2nd in age division [hilliest.course.ever.]
  • St. Mary's Mercy Run Half Marathon - Sept. 24, 2011

2.  Travel 750 miles by foot.
3.  Reach Goal Weigh of 170 lbs.
  • 5.07.2009  =  255.50 lbs -- Heaviest (85.5 lbs from goal of 170.0)
  • 1.05.2010  =  236.00 lbs -- Start of 2010 (66 lbs from goal)
  • 4.26.2010  =  199.20 lbs -- Onederland!
  • 7.03.2010  =  189.60 lbs -- 180s!
